About Us

Hey there! My name is Annie and I’m the the pastry chef behind Hey Batter Batter Cakes!  I have been baking since my teens and completed a patisserie course when I finished school but a lot of my decorating is self taught (through LOTS of trial and error). I have always loved making people smile with food. I am so grateful that baking can be more then just something I do but something I can offer for others. 

Here at Hey Batter Batter we aspire to make your special events that little bit sweeter with a cake masterpiece that not only looks great but tastes amazing too. Using quality, fresh ingredients is a must, and our mission is to make you smile with every bite.
