Policies and Guidelines

All cakes orders require a 4 day lead time when ordered before 12pm and 5 day, after 12pm.

Any specialty cakes for custom orders require a 2 week minimum. A late fee of $45 will applied if you still wish to order within that 2 week timeframe.

Delivery times can be selected at the checkout. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. For events that require cakes for a Sunday, cake's can be delivered for the Saturday and will stay fresh in the fridge. Exceptions are made for Wedding orders. Pickup is not available at this time.

Shipping is offered on all boxed cookie orders. Shipping is offered across both Victoria and Australia wide. Please keep in mind usual shipping delays when ordering items.

Cancellations can be made up to 72hrs ahead of time with a full credit refund. Change of mind refund will not be given within a 72hr period of delivery or if items are scheduled to be shipped.

Deposits of 30% will be required for any custom orders and are not refundable upon cancellation.

Whilst we don't offer specific allergen free cakes, requests can be made through the custom order form.

Please be aware that the kitchen we operate from is not certified allergen free. Whilst we try our absolute hardest to avoid any and all cross-contamination, we in no way advertise that our products will be 100% allergen free.
